Think about the interview questions you typically ask. Are you measuring how humble this person is? Most likely not....In addition to her corporate career, Holly is a certified leadership coach and has a Specialty Certification from the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT). Her passion is to help leaders change how they think about work and leadership so that they can thrive.
In her off hours, you’ll find Holly using her talents to promote The American Legion and its advocacy for veterans, at either the local, state or national levels.
She and her husband live in West Virginia in a house built before the Civil War. They love spending time with their family, vegetable gardening and traveling.
With over 15 years of executive coaching, training, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches management experience, Shawn appreciates and shares with his clients that leadership is a moment-to-moment choice that is more than title, tenure, or position. Leadership is a fundamentally human experience.
Additionally, Shawn understands that people are not robots. Creative solutions and good plans alone will not empower a team to succeed.
Shawn has served as an executive coach internationally for sales teams, start-up entrepreneurs, small businesses, young emerging leaders, non-profit leaders, corporate team leaders, and executives. His clients regard him well for his ability to clearly understand and navigate complex relationship systems and his hands-on coaching method that brings out the best in both the individual and the team.
Shawn has a master’s degree in existential philosophy from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s in psychology from Allegheny College. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys camping and backpacking. He and his wife, Amanda, have two boys, Isaac and Reuben. They reside in the Pittsburgh area.
Above all, Shelley has a strong voice for common sense and clarity of purpose. Something all need to be reminded of, particularly Chris.
She’s made stops in the Midwest and Rocky Mountains and now resides in Wintersville, Ohio, where she manages operations for New Image Remodeling and Repair, a company she and her husband own. The couple has two sons.
Alex is among an elite unit of performance coaches whose work and outcomes are truly battle tested. After all, she’s provided cognitive training to Special Operation Forces within the U.S. Military — including the U.S. Army Sniper School and Air Force Special Operations and fighter pilots. Alex has also worked with the nation’s top Division I athletes that successfully made it to the pros.
No big deal.
Alex is a master’s degree recipient in Performance Psychology from Springfield College and specializes in coaching leaders who confront complex challenges, strategic planning, tactical execution, difficult decision-making, and all of it under pressure.
Alex, a New Hampshire native, now calls Colorado Springs home. She loves the outdoors, whether in the mountains or at the beach, and the comforts of home. She and her husband Raz have twin boys, Luca and Nico, and a pup named Max.
A native of Southwestern Pa., Betsy completed her undergrad at Washington & Jefferson College and achieved her graduate degree at West Chester University of Pa. She also pursued a certificate in health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
Betsy and her husband are raising their two daughters, and poodle, in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Jen and her husband live in Ohio. They love to spend time with their four children and three grandchildren.
His distinct background includes Dale Carnegie Training, Psycho-Metric Analysis and Positive Psychology under the guidance of world-renowned professors at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania as well M.I.T.’s Sloan School of Management where he learned negotiation science and the psychology of influencing. This unique experience, combined with the natural ability to captivate an audience, made it possible to create this boutique tailored to fit any and all needs.
Chris knows he doesn’t always have the answers or solutions, especially when it comes to do-it-yourself home renovation projects or mastering his video game skills. His wife and three sons confess he could use some more practice in these areas. They also wouldn’t say no to another family pet. The current number is four.
